REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
EVENT MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF
24th ANNUAL ASBURY PARK JAZZ FESTIVAL
The City of Asbury Park is seeking proposals form agencies/companies that specialize in event management to plan and operate the 24th Annual Asbury Park Jazz Festival to be held on June 23rd & 24th, 2012. Selected companies will provide all services to run this event including sponsorship solicitation, fundraising, advertising, public relations, entertainment selection & contracting, event operation and clean up. The selected vendor will be responsible for raising all monies to fund the event.
