Department of Communications

The Department of Communications manages information coming into and out of the city. That includes updates on the Mayor and City Council, changes to City policy, activities within departments, and goings-on across Asbury Park. The Communications Department is responsible for Asbury Park's website and social media presence, media coverage related to Asbury Park, and graphic design help for all City Hall departments.

The Communications department sends out press releases for news from City Hall, covering everything that we think Asbury Park residents and visitors should know.

See our press releases HERE.

We're lucky to be in a City with so much happening, and we want everyone to be able to enjoy as much of Asbury Park's offerings as they can! To help you plan your Asbury Park adventures, we put out a weekly email newsletter of everything happening in Asbury Park, which comes out every Thursday and covers through the following Friday.

The newsletter includes nightly live music, movies, what's hanging in Asbury's art galleries, special food and drink events, parades, races, farmers markets, shopping bazaars, workshops, ghost tours, special fitness events, and so much more.

Sign up for the weekly newsletter HERE.
