REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Proposals will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Asbury Park (the “City”), State of New Jersey, on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers area of City Hall, located at One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey 07712, for the following service:
The performance of a complete revaluation of all real properties located within
the City, as of October 1, 2013, to be effective for the 2014 tax year (also
referenced as the “project”).
All requirements associated with the project are set forth in a Request for Proposals package. Such packages may be obtained from the City Tax Assessor’s Office, One Municipal Plaza, Asbury Park, New Jersey, telephone no. (732) 502-5750, during regular business hours, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, or on the City’s website at www.cityofasburypark.com . Notice Of Issuance Of A Request For Qualifications From Developers For The Redevelopment Of Springwood Avenue Within The Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Area Within The City Of Asbury Park, Monmouth County, N.J.
Notice is hereby given that a Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") has been issued by the City of Asbury Park ("City") as of March 5, 2012.
In an effort to facilitate the redevelopment of the Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Area, the City of Asbury Park is seeking redevelopers for a number of vacant, city-owned parcels located along Springwood Avenue.
The parcels are located within the Gateway and Residential Zones of the Springwood Avenue Redevelopment Area and occupy a total of approximately 4.5 acres. Residential development and mixed non-residential/residential development is anticipated. The Land Use Regulations contained within the redevelopment plan also allow for certain parcels to be developed with exclusively non-residential development.
Springwood Avenue is adjacent to the New Jersey Transit North Jersey Coast Rail line and within yards of the City’s Transportation Center which services both an active rail station (800+/- riders daily) and bus route junction.
The RFQ sets forth the proposal format and specific submission instructions.
Qualifications must be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m. (prevailing time) on June 1, 2012 to:

Qualifications must be submitted in sealed envelopes or boxes. Respondents are advised to carefully review submission instructions contained in the RFQ.
Pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law (N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.), the City will act as the redevelopment entity for the Redevelopment Area.
