TEMPORARY MARKETING/PROMOTIONAL
CAMPAIGN FOR SPONSORSHIPS
The City of Asbury Park is seeking proposals from qualified agencies/media companies to promote sponsorships for various activities occurring from May1st 2012 to June 1st 2012. The City will weigh all creative approaches in making their decision. Ideally, the successful company will have the ability to evaluate city assets, propose opportunities, execute on a marketing/media plan, and have the appropriate resources to implement in a very short time frame. The preferred revenue stream will be evaluated on a percentage basis and negotiated prior to contractual agreement.

EVENT MANAGEMENT AND PROMOTION OF
24th ANNUAL ASBURY PARK JAZZ FESTIVAL
The City of Asbury Park is seeking proposals from agencies/companies that specialize in event management to plan and operate the 24th Annual Asbury Park Jazz Festival to be held on June 23rd & 24th, 2012. Selected companies will provide all services to run this event including sponsorship solicitation, fundraising, advertising, public relations, entertainment selection & contracting, event operation and clean up. The selected vendor will be responsible for raising all monies to fund the event.
