NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Substantial Amendments to the FY-2017, FY-2018 and FY2019 Annual Action Plans for HUD Programs administered by the City of Asbury Park’s Department of Community Development
The office of Community Development is proposing to amend its FY-2017, FY-2018 and FY-2019 Annual Action Plans. The City of Asbury Park expects to submit the Substantial Amendments to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development on or before March 15th 2021.
The FY-2017, FY-2018 and FY-2019 Substantial Amendments will transfer available CDBG project balance to add funding to new projects. The details of the current projects are provided in the amendments. Click here to view the Substantial Grant Amendment 2017 2018 2019.
The City of Asbury Park’s Citizen Participation Plan (CPP) requires a 30-day public comment period on Substantial Amendments. The comment period will start on February 8th 2021 and continue through and include March 8th 2021.
The Substantial Amendments to the FY-2017, FY-2018 and FY-2019 Annual Action Plans will be available on the City’s website at WWW.Cityofasburypark.com. Comments should be submitted by email to: Cassandra.dickerson@cityofasburypark.com or fax: 732-775-1483, by March 8th 2021.
