Notice of Intent to Award Contract under a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement - Integrated Parking Management System
The City of Asbury Park intends to participate in the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance contract for Integrated Parking Management System (Contract Number 05-52) to contract with PayByPhone to launch PayByPhone’s parking management application in The City of Asbury Park.

The City of Asbury Park is already a member of the National Cooperative Purchasing Alliance and anticipates using contract: 05-52 Integrated Parking Management System, contract term is a three-year term from December 8, 2020 to December 31, 2023.
Contract Period: October 1, 2021 to October 1, 2024
It is the intent of the City of Asbury Park to make a contract award to PayByPhone pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Transportation Manager, James Bonanno. The City of Asbury Park is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under the authority of N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
