6/16/20, Asbury Park, NJ – The City of Asbury Park is pleased to announce that, through a partnership with Urban Enterprise Zone, New Jersey Community Capital has launched the Garden State Relief Fund to offer working capital loans to small businesses and nonprofits negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. To support the recovery program, the City of Asbury Park Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) has expanded the use of $100,000 in funding leftover from Superstorm Sandy recovery funding.

“We can’t thank the UEZ enough for its commitment to Asbury Park businesses by expanding the use of these recovery funds,” said Mayor John Moor, “We are hopeful that the Garden State Relief Fund will bring some much-needed relief to our struggling small businesses.”
