Resident and Employee Parking Permits

UPDATE: The City Council adopted Ordinance 2017-14 on April 12, 2017 allowing residents with Zone 4 parking permits to park anywhere in the CBD (Cookman Avenue, Lake Avenue, Grand Avenue, Bond Street, Mattison Avenue, Emory Street, Bangs Avenue) between the hours of 10:00 pm and 10:00 am every day.  Residential permit hang tags must be displayed.

PARKING PERMITS FOR RESIDENTS AND EMPLOYEES

Resident and employee permit passes for 2017 are available at the Springwood Avenue Substation at 1201 Springwood Avenue, unit 106.

Hours: 9:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

UPDATE!  During the peak summer season, the Parking Utility office will be open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM through September 9th, 2017.

FOR A PERMIT, YOU NEED TO BRING:

Residents: driver's license and registration, and a current deed, lease, and utility bill as proof of residence.

Business owners: driver's license and registration, and an Asbury Park Mercantile License or State or Federal tax forms filed under the Asbury Park business address

Employees: driver's license and registration, and two current pay stubs or notarized statement from employer
