Residential Parking Permits

Residential parking permits for 2018 are available at the Parking Utility Office at Springwood Avenue Substation (1201 Springwood Avenue, Unit 106).

Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Friday | 8:30am to 7:00pm, Wednesday and Thursday

Payment can be in the form of cash, check or credit card.

APPLY ONLINE: Parking permits can also be applied for online, however once approved, parking permits will still need to be picked up at the Parking Utility Office.  Visit to apply for your parking permit online.  Please note that only the first residential permit per unit can be applied for online at this time. If multiple permits are needed for a residence, they must be applied for in-person at the Parking Utility Office.

    Eligibility, requirements and fees for residential parking permits can be found in the 2018 Residential Permit Parking Guide or the application form below.  Please note that ALL residents in a household must apply and sign the application (can be on the same application) for a residential parking permit.

    Residents living in buildings with parking lots or garages will be required to provide a letter from the property owner/manager stating that the resident does not have access to off-street parking in order to receive a permit.

    UPDATE: Parking regulations will be enforced on the 500-600 Blocks of Grand Avenue, 400 Block of Sewall Avenue and 400 Block of Monroe Avenue beginning on May 1st, 2018.  Parking regulations will be enforced on Webb Street beginning on May 25th, 2018.
